The booking confirmation must be brought on the day of the trip as valid access to your Bridgesailing experience.
The booking confirmation works on the same level as a purchased ticket.
The booking confirmation can be brought in electronic form (eg by mobile phone), provided the booking number on the ticket can be presented at boarding.
If the booking confirmation is printed on paper, it must be printed on standard white A4 format printer paper.
Only the entire booking confirmation will be accepted as a valid ticket.
The booking confirmation is valid as access to the described bridgesailing experience.
The booking number must be used as confirmation.
The booking confirmation is non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
The booking confirmation is not covered by the ordinary 14-day right of withdrawal. This follows from the Consumer Contracts Act §18, para. 2, pkt. 12.
Bookings made online at bridgesailing.dk can, however, be canceled up to 24 hours before the trip is to take place. Tickets purchased within 24 hours before the trip can not be canceled.
Bridgesailing.dk cannot be held responsible for misuse of bookings if, for example, several copies of the same booking number have been printed, the booking number has not been issued by Bridgesailing.dk or the booking has been used by a person other than the intended one.
Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult / guardian.
If a ship's rules and instructions are not followed, the acting skipper can cancel the booking on the day without refund of the amount paid.
Weather and cancellations
It is always in the skipper's right to assess on the spot whether a trip should be canceled or completed in the given weather conditions. In case of cancellation, guests will automatically be offered rebooking or a refund of their tickets.
Bridgesailing.dk are trips that take place on open water, therefore wind and weather conditions can have a determination for whether a trip is completed or not. Therefore, Bridgesailing.dk can at any time cancel a trip min. 10 hours before departure. This is done via email and text message to the ticket holder. In this case, the ticket holder will be automatically offered rebooking or refunded their tickets.

You can pay with Dankort, VISA, MasterCard, JCB or American Express. Payment takes place via a secure and encrypted connection between you and our payment gateway. We do not charge a fee for payment by credit card. All transactions are made in Danish kroner (DKK) and are incl. 25% Danish VAT.
